Shipping Policy

1. What are the different shipping options provided?

Autographix has tie up with multiple courier companies for shipping to different locations. On the checkout page, after entering the shipping address, the customer would be required to choose the shipping options based on which the shipping rates would be charged.

Based on the products, shipping location and shipping Method a message would be displayed along side the Shipping Method if Cash on Delivery Payment Method is supported for the order

COD (if applicable for location and products in cart) or Prepaid:

  • COD : Please refer to Question 3 : What is COD
  • Prepaid : Under prepaid payment method, the customer needs to to pay at the time of booking the order. The customer can pay using the various payment methods available such as Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.


Courier Companies for the shipping location:

Autographix may have association with more than one Courier Company for the shipping location. The customer can view and choose the different courier companies and the cost of shipping with each.

2. Do you support International Delivery?

Sorry currently we do not support international delivery.

3. What is Cash On Delivery (COD)? Does Autographix offer COD facilities for shipments within India?

COD means the customers can pay for order to the courier delivery person once they receive the courier. However, they would need to pay before they can open the parcel.
Yes, Autographix offers COD services in India for certain products for orders upto 8000 INR. In case the order value exceeds Rs.8000, COD services cannot be provided on that order. The customer could check if a product is COD supported by viewing the detailed product page. COD charges of Rs 55/- would be charged. 

4. What if I want to buy some COD and non COD items together?

Customers can shop for COD and non COD products together, however in such a case the customer would need to choose a NON COD mode of payment - Debit card, Credit Card, Net Banking, etc. In case the customer chooses for a COD mode of payment, the customer would be prompted to either choose a NON COD or eliminate the non COD supported items from the cart.

6. How are the delivery charges calculated?

Delivery charges include courier charges and any other charges incurred during transit of the shipment to your shipping address. The customer can choose from the various shipping and delivery options displayed at time of checkout. The courier charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the shipment. 

7. How do I know the estimated delivery time of my order?

The delivery time of your order is dependent on the following:

  1. Lead time of ordered products
  2. Shipping location

For Indian Destinations 
= Maximum value of Lead time among the ordered products + 5 working days

8. How do I track my order and shipment?

The customer can track the progress of their order by navigating to My Accounts -> Orders Page. The customer would be able to view the following stages against their orders:

 

Order Status

Stages of Execution

Pending

*Order has been booked by the Customer

*Customer received order confirmation mail. Any modifications in product specifications / quantity / colours (in confirmation with the customer ) would be mentioned in this mail.

Processing

*The product has been confirmed and would soon be dispatched for delivery.

Completed

*The order has been duly dispatched for delivery.The customer can track the shipments using the tracking number and carrier information emailed.

Canceled

*Order Cancelation due to Vendor / Customer issues.

OnHold

*On Hold due to exceptional situations.

 

Once the order has been shipped the customer would receive an email detailing the tracking number and the courier company’s website and estimated time of delivery. The customer can track their shipment with this information.
