Return / Refund Policy

Following are the details of the return policy that is applicable for all items sold on autographix.com

Please note return are only acceptable 10 days from the date of shipment recieved.

*Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.

**Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing.

 If return is due to you no longer need the item or ordered wrongly, you have to arrange & send material back to us. Once we receive material, depend upon condition of received material we will initiate full or partial refund in 5-10 days & same will be communicated to customer through email. If you don’t receive any update, please contact us at info@autographix.com or 1800-266-9909 (10 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday).

If return is due to received item in damaged/defective, we will arrange return pick-up. Once we receive material, depend upon condition of received material we will initiate full or partial refund in 2-3 days & same will be communicated to customer through email. Items that you no longer need must be returned in new and unopened condition with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, warranty/ guarantee card, freebies and accessories.

For damaged / defective items , items with missing parts or item not as described , you need to inform us withing 10 business days. Replacement may be offered for the entire product or part(s) of the product.

How do I initiate a return?

Please mail us at info@autographix.com or call  on our toll free number 1800 266 9909 to initiate a return. Please mention following information clearly in the mail: 

1. Order Number / Registered E-Mail Id 
2. Product Name 
3. Pick-Up Address and pincode 
4. Reason of Return

 

Refund Policy –

When you return an item, refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for Cash on Delivery.
To check the status of your refund go to Your Orders 
After your returned item is received by Autographix, we initiate the refund at our end within 2-3 business days as per table below.
