- Carefully enter your shipping address
- Check the final price. Select one of the payment options. Make your payment and get a confirmation , Voila! YOUR ORDER IS PLACED!!!
- You will now receive a confirmation mail and a SMS from autographix.com
- You can check Order history in ‘order status’ in case you had logged into your account while placing the Order.

- Once your Order is successfully placed you will receive a confirmation over email and text message from autographix.com. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed in the Order status section if you have placed the order online.
- Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
- If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us within 24 hours. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 5 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
- Net Banking 2-4 business days
- Debit Card 5-7 business days
- Credit Card 7-21 business days
COD means the customers can pay for order to the courier delivery person once they receive the courier. However, they would need to pay before they can open the parcel.
Yes, Autographix offers COD services in India for certain products for orders upto 8000 INR. In case the order value exceeds Rs.8000, COD services cannot be provided on that order. The customer could check if a product is COD supported by viewing the detailed product page. COD charges of Rs 55/- would be charged.
- Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. After your order is dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking details. Incase if not received; please check your spam and old emails for the status of your order. In case of any unforeseen events that delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

Shipping & Tracking
- How long will my order take to arrive?
- An estimated dispatch time is displayed on the product page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

- How do I track my Order?
- Email and SMS are sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.
Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.
- Courier companies use certain standard abbreviations and terminologies. Some of the most commonly used terms are explained below. If it didn't answer your question please the courier company that we have shipped through.

- If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.
We will only keep your information for as long as we are either required to by law or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.
You can visit the Site and browse without having to provide personal details. During your visit to the site you remain anonymous and at no time can we identify you unless you have an account on the site and log on with your user name and password.
Data that we collect
We may collect various information if you seek to place an order for a product to us on the Site.

Your actual order details may be stored with us and you may access this information by logging into your account on the Site. Here you can view the details of your orders that have been completed, those which are open and those which are shortly to be dispatched and administer your address details, bank details and any newsletter to which you may have subscribed. You undertake to treat the personal access data confidentially and not make it available to unauthorized third parties. We cannot assume any liability for misuse of passwords unless this misuse is our fault.
Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your personal information that we have collected with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent. We reserve the right to communicate your personal information to any third party that makes a legally-compliant request for its disclosure.
Credit Check and Fraud Prevention
We use standard and authorized payment services and our Credit Check and Fraud Prevention policies are aligned to these companies. All disputes would be handled by competent Courts at Mumbai, India.
Other uses of your personal information
We may also send you other information about us, the Site, our other websites, our products, sales promotions, our newsletters, SMS updates, anything relating to other companies in our group or our business partners. Exchange and Returns

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund.
We mean what we say! All you need to do is drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within a period of 10 days, from the date of order. Or call us on 1800 266 9909. Post submission, it will take 24 hours for us to raise a request for you.
However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging in an undamaged condition.
- Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Classic Stripes Pvt. Ltd team
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
How do I initiate a return?
Please mail us at email@example.com or call on our toll free number 1800 266 9909 to initiate a return. Please mention following information clearly in the mail:
- Order Number / Registered E-Mail Id
- Product Name
- Pick-Up Address and pincode
- Reason of Return
How long will the return process take?
- Once your return request has been placed with Classic Stripes Pvt. Ltd team, it usually takes about 72 hrs to have the product picked from your place.
- If the product is exchanged due to defect. The pick-up charge will be refunded. However if it’s a size/colour exchange then the customer has to bear both the pick-up and redelivery courier charges.
- In case the customer is sending the product back on their own, the delivery time would depend on their chosen courier.
- Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a product Inspection which takes about 3 working days. The customer will receive a call about the status of the exchange or return. Typically the exchange or refund initiated within 7-10 business days after call to the customer about the status
How will I receive my Refund?
- If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can issue reverse credit to the same mode of payment
How long will the refund process take?
Typically the refunds are initiated within 7-10 working days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Banks send ansms to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only in normal case. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 please check your bank account or credit card account.
How do I return a product?
Returning products was never this easy! You can now log your request to return by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Post Submission, It will take 24 hours for us to raise a request for you.

- Courier charges will be reimbursed subject to charges mentioned on courier slip or flat Rs. 50 or Rs.100/Kg whichever is minimum.
- It may also happen that our logistic partners may not have a pick up facility available in your area, even though it may have been delivered by them. Under such circumstances we hope you understand that we may request you to send it to our address as mentioned above
- What is Company’s Exchange policy?

You need to send us product to our return address with a copy of your original invoice (received on email) to Address- Survey No.188,192,193,194 & 210, Nalasopara Road, Village-Pelhar, Taluka-Vasai, District –Palghar, Maharashtra - 401208
- Post we receive the order, it undergoes a quality check which take a period of 3 working days. If the product received is good to proceed, we issue you a credit note valuing the cost of the product returned by email in 2 working day.
- You can then use that credit note to place a new order on the website of a similar value (total bill value can have one or more products)or higher value by paying the difference. It can be placed on a single product or multiple products but not of a lower value. Please note if the new product purchased is lower than the value of the credit note, the difference will not be reimbursed or paid in cash.

Generally delivery of exchange order is expected within 7-10 business days (excluding 3 days of inspection) post pickup of returned item/s.In case of any unexpected delay, we will keep you informed by email and SMS.
- No, your exchange order value should be equal to or more than the return item/s value.
- Please note if the new product purchased is lower than the vaule of the credit note, the difference will not be reimbursed or paid in cash
- There is no charge for exchange. All you need to do is to return the original item and exchange it for an item/s of same or higher value. In case you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount through your card
- Yes, you can buy any number of items in exchange provided the final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.
- Yes. Please get in touch with us if we can arrange for pickup in your area. Currently exchange in not operational in areas where we cannot arrange pick up. We are working constantly to bring exchange in your area.
